  5. Yes, you're in the same place!  This new program called OUTER will
  6. replace the old, unreliable OUTSIDE version that was here before.
  7.  
  8. Be sure to watch your time.  If you don't return to Fido by the time it
  9. expires, you will be dropped with no warning.  If you have any problems,
  10. leave the Sysop a message.
  11.  
  12. Typing "0" will cause you to leave OUTER.  After a few seconds, you will
  13. be able to re-logon to the main Fido BBS.
  14.  
  15. You must have 8 data bits and no parity set to use OUTER correctly.

  17. Let the SysOp know if you have any comments or suggestions.  Have fun!
